We're Here To Help
We get it, this health journey can be overwhelming at times! But remember, while we have food intolerances and imbalances to many items, it doesn't mean our diet has to be severely restricted.
Approach this journey with patience, starting with the foods that affect you most severely and gradually addressing the rest. Understanding what triggers your symptoms is as crucial as finding relief, helping you make informed choices for a healthier life.
Food & Environmental
Intolerances
- Referencing your results, attempt to remove as many severe food & environmental items from your diet and lifestyle over the next 6-8 weeks.
- Once the 6-8 weeks are up and symptoms have subsided, you can begin a reintroduction process, adding a previously severe food item back into your diet and lifestyle one-at-a-time.
- If you don't experience symptoms when consuming the offending food item or coming into contact with an environmental item, feel free to continue with these items in moderation.
- If you do experience symptoms, you can still consume or be exposed to the item with the understanding that an undesirable symptom may occur.
Vitamin & Mineral
Imbalances
- This nutrition report indicates which nutrients your body is not absorbing from the food and/or supplements you consume.
- Starting with the severe imbalance items, attempt to consume these nutrients in their whole-food form, as this gives your body the best chance at proper absorption and utilization of the nutrient.
- Example: If you have a Vitamin D imbalance and currently intake it through synthetic pills/powders, opt for natural sources like oranges or getting more sunlight each day.
Heavy Metals Imbalances
- This test indicates the metals and minerals that your body struggles to process or eliminate.
- Remember that it's impossible to completely avoid exposure to your severe items as they are present in the air, water, food, and household products we come into contact with every day.
- However, you can help your body's natural cleansing process by drinking filtered water, opting for whole foods instead of synthetic nutrients, exercising regularly, and getting enough quality sleep each night.
