Pet Consultations

Pet consultations are one-on-one sessions designed to help you understand and apply your 5Strands test results. These sessions typically include a review of your pet’s current diet and health history, an explanation of the test findings, personalized guidance on the elimination plan, and time to ask any questions specific to your pet’s needs.

It’s recommended to schedule your consultation after you’ve received your 5Strands test results and registered them in your customer portal. This ensures your consultant can prepare effectively and provide tailored recommendations during your session.

To get the most out of your consultation, have your test results registered and ready. It’s also helpful to prepare a brief summary of your pet’s current diet, supplements, symptoms, and any concerns you’d like to address during the session.

Consultations are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once booked. When an appointment is made, the consultant commits time in advance to prepare for your pet’s specific needs. If you need to reschedule a 30-minute consultation, a $60 rescheduling fee will apply.
