Step-by-Step Elimination Plan:

Step 1: Remove all Red (High Sensitivity) items for 6–8 weeks. These should be completely avoided, whether that means changing cleaning products, avoiding certain outdoor areas, or switching food and water sources if metals are flagged.

Step 2: Steer clear of Yellow (Moderate Sensitivity) items whenever you can. If they can’t be eliminated completely, cut back your exposure to them.
