Your sensitivity results are divided into 4 levels so you can see how your body is responding to different exposures. This structure helps you know what to avoid completely, what to limit, and what is generally safe in moderation.

Step-by-Step Elimination Plan:

Step 1: Remove all Red (High Sensitivity) items for 6–8 weeks. These should be completely avoided, whether that means changing cleaning products, avoiding certain outdoor areas, or switching food and water sources if metals are flagged.

Step 2: Steer clear of Yellow (Moderate Sensitivity) items whenever you can. If they can’t be eliminated completely, cut back your exposure to them.

Step 3: Reduce exposure to Green (Mild Sensitivity) items. These are generally tolerated in small amounts, but frequent or long-term contact can still contribute to symptoms.

Step 4: Grey (No Significant Response) items are considered safe. They can be part of your environment without concern.

Step 5: Continue monitoring after changes. If symptoms lessen, you may try reintroducing some exposures in a controlled way. Retesting every 4 months helps you track progress as seasons shift, environments change, or your overall health improves.

I am so happy that I purchased and took the 5Strands test! I can see what products are not good for me and I have made a change since getting my results and I can already see the small change. My skin is not as itchy as it has been in the past! Wish I would have taken the test much sooner!!!
