Once your Beauty & Hygiene Sensitivity Test kit arrives: (1) Register your kit online or through the 5Strands mobile app using the unique ID code inside your box. (2) Collect 10–15 strands of hair, no root required. (3) Place the hair sample in the prepaid envelope provided and send it back to the lab. (4) Your results will be emailed to you within 4 business days of the lab receiving your sample. (5) After 60 days, your sample will be permanently disposed of.
