(2) Collect 10-15 strands of your pet's hair. No root required. (3) Use the prepaid envelope to send your pet's hair sample back to our lab. (4) Once the sample arrives, your results will be delivered to you in 5 business days. (5) After 60 days, the sample will be permanently disposed of.

If you avoid the problem causing items for 60-90 days you should not only feel better, but also have a much better understanding over your environment. An intolerance is not always forever, you can try some exposure to those previously problem causing items if you wish to and observe how severe of a reaction your body has. Pet environmental Intolerance test.
About 6 months ago, we tested our 3 year golden Sage for food allergies. We have been making our own dog food. It has helped, but he continued to have severe itching on his neck and upper chest despite removing the foods he was allergic to. We then decided to get the environmental test. He is allergic to dust mites among other things. This was 3 weeks ago. So we started to tackle the rooms he spends the most time in. Removed throw rugs and cleaned carpets, removed drapes..etc. already he is doing a lot better. The weeping sores have now been gone for 4 days! He acts happier also. We are very pleased with 5Strands and the results from this test and are going to concentrate on another “red” allergy. Thanks for helping us improve our sweet boy’s life.
