(2) Collect 10–15 strands of your pet’s hair, no root required. (3) Place the hair sample in the prepaid envelope provided and send it back to our lab. (4) Results will be delivered to your email within 4 business days of the lab receiving your sample. (5) After 60 days, your pet’s sample will be permanently disposed of.
