(2) Collect 10-15 strands of your pet's hair. No root required. (3) Use the prepaid envelope to send your pet's hair sample back to our lab. (4) Once the sample arrives, your results will be delivered to you in 4 business days. (5) After 60 days, the sample will be permanently disposed of.
