Bare belly cat now is fuzzy
My cat would constantly be licking to the point of his stomach being completely bald. We would get steroid shots from his vet, but she was concerned about him continually getting them, which could cause kidney damage. They thought it could be from his food. We bought the 5Strands test and when we got the results we realized all of the ingredients in the food and snacks were ones he had issues with. We researched other cat food and their ingredients and found one that has been great. He now is growing fur on his stomach that has been bald for years. We have not had to get any shots since then.
