Bioresonance is a frequency-based approach that emerged in the late 1970s through the work of Franz Morell and Erich Rasche. It is based on the concept that biological systems can be represented by frequency patterns and that these patterns can be evaluated using specialized technology.
Bioresonance is used within the worldwide health and wellness community, although its underlying theories and applications remain an area of ongoing scientific discussion. At 5Strands, we use frequency-based technology as part of our testing process to evaluate a broad range of foods, environmental factors, and nutritional elements.
Our goal is not to diagnose disease or replace medical care. Instead, our testing is designed to provide information that can help you identify areas of interest and make more informed decisions about your everyday wellness.
Frequency is a measurable property of many physical systems, and the relationship between frequency and biological systems is an active area of scientific research. However, not every concept associated with “energy” or “frequency” has the same level of scientific evidence behind it.
Some well-established examples demonstrate that frequency can be measured and can interact with physical or biological systems:
These examples demonstrate that frequency is a meaningful part of biology and physics. They do not, however, establish that every proposed bioresonance mechanism or energetic health claim is scientifically validated.
At 5Strands, we believe it is important to distinguish between what is measurable, what is being investigated, and what remains theoretical.
Bioresonance therapy is developed by German innovators Franz Morell & Erich Rasche.
The therapy gains traction in Europe among alternative medicine practitioners.
Bioresonance spreads internationally as a non-invasive health support method.
Bioresonance technology advances with digital enhancements.
5Strands adopts bioresonance to develop affordable sensitivity and imbalance tests for people and pets in the USA.
5Strands uses hair as a convenient, non-invasive sample for its testing process. It is easy to collect at home, requires no needles or bodily fluids, and can be mailed directly to our laboratory without cold storage and remaining stable in transit. 5Strands does not extract, sequence, or analyze DNA from your hair sample. The sample is used as part of our frequency-based testing methodology.
Hair collection is practical for both people and pets and requires minimal disruption to daily life. As with any testing method, hair testing has limitations and is not a substitute for blood, urine, or other clinically validated testing when medically indicated. We use hair based on the requirements of our methodology and the convenience of at-home collection.
